Hello Guys !

What do you think about this little soft that I've just done ?

FlashPanoramas Exporter enables to add multiple cubical images and cut the panoramas into 6 slices.

After adding the panoramas, double clic on each panorama in the list in order to add a folder name for the export.

Download it, try it , and tell me what do you think about and maybe any requests !

Oops, I'm getting an error message "Please import a cubical image!" trying to import a jpg file with 6000x3000 px, 3 Mb. Also when I put the image in the directoy where the Exporter resides.

Same here. I have tried all kinds of images, even when feeding in .jpg images, it proclaims it can only accept .jpg images. (tried both jpg and JPG extensions, in cylindrical, cubic faces and others.

... it's a no-go for me.

Hello

After stitching your pictures into spherical images, you have to transform the stitch picture into cubical.

And then you can use my soft to batch the cut process of slices and export the final panorama with all flashpanoramas files.

My soft actually can't transform from spherical panorama into 6 separated cubic slices, but I can do it. But no time today, you'll have to wait few days.

Let me know if you want this functionnality !

sorry my friend but then this program is almost useless for me..
90% of the people working no flashpanoramas are doing equirectangular images. as an output form their stiching program
Now I first need to make a strip with another program and then use your program to make separate images??

If you need seperate cubical images you could use: to cube.
it makes seperate cubical images from equirectangular images in different formats
It Read and save BMP, JPG, PNG, TGA and TIF image file formats in 24 or 48 bits RGB.

you can make your own suffix file names and they are also working on a batch conversion.

this program is good but it needs to do it form multiple formats and straight from equirectangular.

Hi Beetsy

Don't one call this a "stripe" instead of "cubical" format?

Cubica or spherical means nothing.

The right terms are equirectangular and cube-stripe to me.

This program seems to be usefull only if you use softs as Easypano to create panoramas, which exports cube-stripes actually instead of cube-faces, am i wrong?

But Easypano has a Flash export option... and Flashpanoramas support cube-stripes.... so no need for me for such a soft.
