Hi,

Spent most of the day going through the tutorials and trying to get my head around the FPP.

As a basic viewer it's straight forward and loads the cube faces and displays them with excellent quality. I did however have plans on making an interface to load and show each panorama.

What I thought I would have to do is open a main fla file in flash, make the viewer size (mask) and then be able to design the interface around it, adding buttons and thumbnails where I need them etc. I can't seem to get my head around how to set up such a thing.

A previous post had a reference to a site called www.virtually-anywhere.com and their new full screen viewer is a good example of what I'm trying to create.

Are there any posts here I may have missed that contain a basic tutorial on such a thing.

Look forward to any help I can get.

Thanks

Andrew

there will be soon.... but for now, I think you need to look at embedPano.fla, if you really must do it that way. (I would just use hotspots for everything, as it is a lot easier).

Thanks for the reply Zephyr.

I've been having a good look at the hotspots function and other peoples xml files to see what's going on. Certainly takes some getting use to :???:

I'lltake a look at the embedPano.fla and see if my brain can take in any more info for one day!

Like you said though, there is the hotspot feature so I could make certain new image buttons 'static'.

Thanks again

Andrew
