Hotspot URL problem

Hello,

I have figured out a lot in Flash Panorama....
I cannot for the life of me get the hotspots
working. I have followed the tutorials
and every shread of info.

I think the problem is just how I am loading
files onto the server.

The the example shown.

I have downloaded all the files. I can get the wood.swf to
show up but no images. I have played with the office scene
and got that to work. But when adding logos and hotspots...
no go...

I have seen some inconsistencies in some of the files, so
if anyone has gotten this to work...
What is the secret??

I have gotten some things to work....
I still cannot get URL to work...
I am not a programmer but have hacked away here
to get started.

In the example shown....
what is the relationship of wood.xml and spots.xml??

Do you only use one .xml file??

And what are some best practices in loading
these panos on to websites??
File structure etc....
