Cylindrical panoramas

Pretty nice product you have! Your most unique feature for a Flash panorama software is the option to configure the panorama using a xml file.

I haven't bought your software yet, for one reason - my panoramas are Cylindrical.

My feature request is hard to implement. It is : Support for Cylindrical panoramas.

P.S. Does any enlightened person wishes to share the secret software, used to convert Cylindrical to cube panos? I plan to use them with Panorama Flash Player later. Thank you!

You can set the parameters in the xml file:
tilt_min = -60
tilt_max = 60

use Pano2Qtvr, realviz stitcher or any other panorama creator soft to convert to cube faces.
then, when you use Flash panoramas player, youґll see a black hole at the up and down image... if you set the xml parameters Thomask said: tilt_min = -60
tilt_max = 60, (anyway, check it with the editor.swf plugin) the tilt movment will be blocked at those parameters.

Pano2QVTR does not convert from a cylinder to cubes as the player understands how to project a cylinder.

Obviously to have a cylinder converted to cubic is easy, if you have and image with a ratio of 4:1, though it if you have something closer to 8:1 then you cannot do this without losing image quality or oversizing the images and then restricting the tilt.

PLEASE PLEASE! WE NEED CYLINDRICAL PROJECTION IN THIS PLAYER!!!!!
