Feel free to download and use the Mac Mouse Wheel plugin attached here:

The file includes all the needed info for installing it.
This plugin enables PC mice used on Mac computers to use zoom while in windowed mode. To some degree it also works with mighty mice.
With the next version of Flashificator (2.068) it will be added by default, but can be turned off.
