you will find the fla in the plugins folder, call glassMeter.fla

Is not possible tu put an animated GIF while loading (without info for loaded KB) ?

Animated gifs are not supported by Flash. There is a service provider who has a solution for it, but you would have to run through their services every time, with every gif, in order to get things on your site to work... and that's of course a detour no one will take. You should use an animated swf instead.
