Bying ffp last year I do not find the zip where should be the loadingmeter.fla.

loadmeter doesn't come with an .fla because it is just a circular loader animation.


I can also recommend Tommy's logoMeter (http://wirestam.com/panos/Flash/plugins/logoMeter.html) plugin for more flexibility.
