How do we get updates?

We purchased FPP a while back and found that there is a new release, that can only be downloaded via a Google Group. We have emailed the developer several times with no response. We used the Contact Me button on the main FPP page.

Anyone with any other options? We can supply Share-It order info etc...Just need some communication.
