2.3.n update?

Where is the update at? I recently purchased FPP and got a 2.2.n version from this site but I see references to a 2.3.1 version that fixes a Mac display issue.

However, I see links to a Google forum for this product that is not referenced on this official forum and when I tried to access the google forum it said I need to register. I've tried to register but so far I've not gotten any response saying yes, your registered or ....

What's up with this, can someone clue me in on why two forums, why the update is not on the official forum, but a google one?

the google forum is for people who paid for the app, and this is a public forum.

went back looked at the emails I got after purchase of FPP, not a word about the google forum, nor any information on how to get an update. s/b better than this

anyone have any input on how long they had to wait to get "invitied" to join the google forum or what I would call the real FPP forum?

Thanks Trausti, did that yesterday, just got in today...so now I can get the current version and see what else I can learn.
