hello,

I'm using FFP since 2 month and I arrive to put differents panos and loading them.

When I have a first pano in 360, than I click to a hotspot to go to on a new 180 pano, it's all right, but if I want to come back to the first pano in 360 degree, FFP conserve the parameters cylconverter with 180 degrees.

I encountered problem with :
external.cylconverter.hfov=360;external.cylconvert er.vfov=60

Could you help me. Thanks a lot.

This is my example:

<panorama>
<parameters>
layer_5 = swf/cylConverter.swf
</parameters>
<cylconverter>
autoLimits=1
strictBorders=0
hfov = 360
vfov = 60
</cylconverter>
<hotspots>
<global
onTransitionEnd="externalInterfaceID=pano;pano.disableControls=0;pr eview.id=;"
onStart="loadPreview();"
loadPreview="external.cylconverter.hfov=360;external.cylconvert er.vfov=60;
loadPano(?panoName=images/PANO,300);onTransitionEnd=loadmain();pano.qualityS tatic=high;pano.qualityMotion=medium"
loadMain="loadPano(panoName=images/PANO);onTransitionEnd=;">

<spot id="pan-02-01" url="interface/pano.png" static="1" staticX="30" staticY="10" align="LT" alpha="0.5" salign="LT" depth="73" scaleX="1" scaleY="1" alt="" linked="images/PANO" onLoad="alpha=0; alpha=1,700;" onClick="external.cylconverter.hfov=220;external.cylconvert er.vfov=60;pano.qualityStatic=high;pano.qualityMot ion=medium;loadPano(panoName=images/PANO&pan=1&tilt=1,300,coverDown);" onOver="alpha=1;infopano1.visible+=1" onOut="alpha=0.5;infopano1.visible=0" />

<spot id="pan-02-02" url="interface/pano.png" static="1" staticX="160" staticY="10" align="LT" alpha="0.5" salign="LT" depth="73" scaleX="1" scaleY="1" alt="' linked="images/PANO" onLoad="alpha=0; alpha=1,700;" onClick="external.cylconverter.hfov=360;external.cylconvert er.vfov=60;pano.qualityStatic=high;pano.qualityMot ion=medium;loadPano(panoName=images/PANO&pan=1&tilt=1,300,coverDown);" onOver="alpha=1;infopano1.visible+=1" onOut="alpha=0.5;infopano1.visible=0" />
</global>
</hotspots>

Something you might try adding to your global tag...

onNewPano = "external.cylConverter.hfov= ; external.cylConverter.vfov= ;"

then you can take out the mentions in your preview function, and see if that helps.

You should probably capitalize the second "C" in your cylConverter tags too, Something about however you capitalize the plugin names in the layers, you should continue to call them that way through the rest of the code.

I've tried with another code but it's the same things.

<panorama>
<parameters>
layer_5 = swf/cylConverter.swf
</parameters>
<cylconverter>
autoLimits=1
strictBorders=0
</cylconverter>
<global
onTransitionEnd="externalInterfaceID=pano;pano.disableControls=0;pr eview.id=;"
onStart="loadPreview();"
onNewPano = "external.cylConverter.hfov= ; external.cylConverter.vfov= ;"
loadPreview="loadPano(?panoName=images/hd_PANO,300);onTransitionEnd=loadmain();pano.quali tyStatic=high;pano.qualityMotion=medium"
loadMain="loadPano(panoName=images/PANO);onTransitionEnd=;">

<spot id="pan-02-01" url="interface/pano1.png" static="1" staticX="30" staticY="10" align="LT" alpha="0.5" salign="LT" depth="73" scaleX="1" scaleY="1" alt="Panoramique 180°" linked="images/PANO" onLoad="alpha=0; alpha=1,700;" onClick="external.cylconverter.hfov=220;external.cylconvert er.vfov=60;pano.qualityStatic=high;pano.qualityMot ion=medium;loadPano(panoName=images/PANO&pan=1&tilt=1,300,coverDown);" onOver="alpha=1;infopano1.visible+=1" onOut="alpha=0.5;infopano1.visible=0" />

<spot id="pan-02-02" url="interface/pano2.png" static="1" staticX="160" staticY="10" align="LT" alpha="0.5" salign="LT" depth="73" scaleX="1" scaleY="1" alt="Panoramique 360°" linked="images/hd_bordeaux02" onLoad="alpha=0; alpha=1,700;" onClick="external.cylconverter.hfov=360;external.cylconvert er.vfov=60;pano.qualityStatic=high;pano.qualityMot ion=medium;loadPano(panoName=images/PANO&pan=1&tilt=1,300,coverDown);" onOver="alpha=1;infopano1.visible+=1" onOut="alpha=0.5;infopano1.visible=0" />

Thanks to denis who find the solution with modify the plugin cylConverter.

So we publish the new plugin and we put that xml to work fine :

<panorama>
<parameters>
panoName=images/PANO
panoType=cylinder
<cylconverter>
autoLimits=1
strictBorders=0
hfov=
vfov=
</cylconverter>

<hotspots>
<global
onTransitionEnd="externalInterfaceID=pano;pano.disableControls=0;pr eview.id=;"
onStart="loadPreview();"
loadPreview="loadPano(?panoName=images/PANO,300);onTransitionEnd=loadmain();pano.qualityS tatic=high;pano.qualityMotion=medium"
loadMain="loadPano(panoName=images/PANO);onTransitionEnd=;">

<!--HOTSPOTS - TRANSITION PANO-->
<spot id="pan-02-01" url="interface/pano1.png" static="1" staticX="30" staticY="10" align="LT" alpha="0.5" salign="LT" depth="73" scaleX="1" scaleY="1" alt="" linked="images/PANO" onLoad="alpha=0; alpha=1,700;" onClick="
external.cylconverter.hfov=220;external.cylconvert er.vfov=40;pano;qualityStatic=high;pano.qualityMot ion=medium;loadPano(panoName=images/PANO&pan=1&tilt=1,300,coverDown);" onOver="alpha=1;infopano1.visible+=1" onOut="alpha=0.5;infopano1.visible=0" />
</global>
</hotspots>

</panorama>

Hi,

I think this thread isn't solved. I mean:

- If you start with an empty value (hfov=), you have a full panorama, you can make turns and turns
- If after you switch to a new pano which have for example a (hfov=250), you can't reset the value after (hfov=), you have to put (hfov=359)

The problem is inside the cylconverter itself. Can Denis change this ? Thanks

This viewer is a great program, 'bravo' Denis...

Please try the cylConverter file posted in the update section:
http://flashpanoramas.com/forum/showpost.php?p=19227&postcount=5

It should take care of the issue. If it doesn't, please let me know.

Trausti
