Hi, Ive got my equirectangle panoramic image, Im converting the cube faces in Pano2QTVR....but when I load the images up in fpf the top image and bottom image are wrong....I mean that they dont stitch up.....any ideasї?
Does something specific have to be done when converting?
I think the problem is the way Ive named them...how do I know which is front, back, left, right? Or does it matter?

That is probably the source of the trouble, although I wasn't quite sure from your description. Anyway, the preferred naming process from Pano2VR is the 'f'..'d' one, so the faces are named in this manner:
image_f.jpg (front)
image_l.jpg (left)
image_r.jpg (right)
image_b.jpg (back)
image_u.jpg (up, the zenith)
image_d.jpg (down, the nadir)
Pano2VR should sort out the names for you automatically as long as you pick the right Face Names option.

With Pano2QTVR, you can't choose (I search, but didn't found), you only have 0->5 instead of f->d
I use Ant Renamer : http://www.antp.be/software/renamer
with a shortcut + specific job (see help at command line to understand)
If you know a way to do it inside Pano2QTVR....

Not in Pano2QTVR, no. But you don't have to rename. Here's a snippet from the FPP documentation:
If your files have the other widespread name format with _0, _1, _2, _3, _4, _5 suffixes, use pano0.swf file instead.
So - simple! Don't rename, just use the correct core FPP SWF file. :-)
