Does image cache plug-in work for html linked tours

Hi

My tours currently are a bunch of linked html files with their corresponding xml files (dont know how to do it with one html and one xml file yet)

So

1. will the 'image cache plugin' on the flashpanos site work in this situation?

2. What happens when you go to say a pan in the tour (that hasnt been cached yet) and its still caching other images. Does it pause caching while it loads that pan?
