Hi all,
I thought I would post a link to a sample of the tour I'm working on, this is about 10% of the overall beast. Not all the functionality is there, just navigation, and the designer is working on my buttons/spots.

I would really appreciate any feedback and advice from you guys as this is my first tour attempt. Also I am not a photographer (and I didn't do any stitching)!
Also browser issues please :)

"Cool" location. 3 things I would change
1. It seems you have the initial starting pano zoomed way back giving it that "warped" / "fisheye" look. I know it "show more of the picture" but I prefer panos zoomed up more to get rid of the "Fisheye" look. Of course personal preference.
2. The initial sound made me jump in my seat. I always have my sound at 70-80% and wasn't expecting it... may a slow "fade in" of music and a highly visible "sound off" button for those whom want it (I personally was scrambling looking for a sound off button instead of having to adjust my speakers).
3. Your navigation arrows sure blend in well with the panorama... not distracting from the scene... but on the other hand, kind of hard to see... Hmmm... toss up on this one. If it was a "Real Estate Tour" I image bright green would be good but in your vision... I think the "blended in" type color is good.

I do intend to make the changes you suggest to the video, it is there in test mode at the moment. I also get annoyed when I cant find a volume/mute button. The arrows I have very little say over as there is a designer and a commitee making decisions....
About the zoom, I think you have a point there, i will raise it with the commitee ;)
How about loading time? The plan is to have three popups (invisble jpeg's) in there as well.
Thanks for taking the time to comment, appreciate it :)

The loading time was fast for me (cable connection). I don't know if any media intensive sites design thier sites so Modem users can view it. I can't imagine being a modem user and trying to navigate a Pano or Video site.
