panorama too sharp!

I used equirectangular jpg to convert to panorama, jpg was 2500px wide and it was displaying in a window 700px - it was so cruppy that I couldn't stand it - it looked like fpp or something applyed so much sharpness, that it was impossible to wach it, my java was nice and smooth, my original image was well sharpened, playing with quality didn't change much

ok, there is filter sharpness - wat is the default option for panorama?
is it possible to lower sharpness in any panorama?
