open full page not full screen in ie

When accessed direct the panos load fine in full screen. Currently I am using a javascript popup window and in firefox it openes as a new tabe and is fine. However then the new page is opened up in ie sometimes the window is smaller.

I have googled code on pop up windows where you can specify the size in pixels, I have also found the code to open full screen but that isnt what I want either.

Anyone know how to open full PAGE 100% (not specificyin pixels) in IE?

I'm wondering about this also.

I want to open my tour in a pop-up window that auto-resizes to the height and width of the screen.

I only want to give my client a link to put on their website to do this. Does anyone know how?
