How to publish own videos to personal homepage

Here is a way to add your own videos to personal homepage.
I happened to find this method in yahoo.
I'm using Moyea Flash Video MX Pro.
It can generate flv and swf files which I can upload to web server. I also added many video effects with it.
Do you have some other way to do this? Please share with me.
