Hide a Pano

Hello,
I looked around on FlashPanos and could not figure out how to make a comment so...
I finally had a large tour finished and went to use Hide-A-Pano
for the first time.
I think I figured it out except the images will not show?
I have the menu and nav buttons and the xml was encrypted,
do I HAVE to encrypt the images?
I really don't need to and will try a test with one set to see.

? No one....

All I get all the menus and but no panos....
They load but the screen is black.
The xml is encrypted, why would the images
for the menus show up?
I did replace the pano.swf with the supplied one.
What am I missing?

Hey there:

For some reason comments were turned "off" for that post. I've gone in and turned them on, so now people can make comments.

There is a contact form on the site (http://flashpanos.com/contact), too, which is linked in the right hand menu, and also Zephyr's email address in the hide-a-pano post (http://flashpanos.com/plugins/zephyr/hideapano-encryption-utility).
