Can't seem to get it working...wrong install package?

Hello, i am new at a work where they already have FPP purchased, but I only see the zip folders.

I have been trying to get some hotspots to work, and copy and pasting from people's code on the forum that they say works...does not work.

If i tell you the names of the zip folders i see, perhaps you can tell me what to do? They seem like updates, do i have to run them in order or something?

FPP_12_14_2006.zip
FPP_up_to_v2.0.1_.zip
FPP_v2.1_up_to_v2.2_.zip

so far i have not been able to accomplish the simplest task with this...
even the very first step in Denis' step by step tutorial about adding the first hotspot then checking, then continuing...does not load up a hot spot.

unpack these 3 zip files. Then put all the files in FPP_up_to_v2.0.1 to FPP_12_14_2006,then put all the files in FPP_v2.1_up_to_v2.2 to FPP_12_14_2006 too. Replace the old files with the newer ones.

fpp package are only files,your package is OK.
