I am very new at this pano software. what Is not clear, is how to take the photographs (of a room ). there are 4 walls the celling and floor for a total of 6 photos, These photos have to be resized to 800x800 and part of the image gets cut off. Another question, do you take the photos in a standard mode or do you tilt the camera 90* angle ?. What is the best lens to use?.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.

What equipment do you have now? What software have you got?
To take a pano, you may (depending on equipment) have to take 38 pictures, using a camera attached to a pano-head that is attached to a tripod, stitch the images in a panorama stitching program and render the output files in 6 faces (front, right, back, left, top, bottom). Then you use these output files with FPP to make the pano viewable in flash.
I would recommend you to spend some time reading from here:

You will find a lot of basic and advanced info of value through that site.
